With offices located just outside of Washington, DC, we know how bad traffic congestion can be. Fortunately, Arlington County is working to stay ahead of the curve with its many public transportation and alternative transit options. Shooting for Pyramid Studios in multiple locations throughout the county, we were asked to show how Arlington Transportation Partners has created an infrastructure that encourages more use of mass transit, carpooling and other methods to be both environmentally friendly and far less frustrating on the local roads. We shot a mix of ground and aerial videography on the Sony PDW-700 XDCAM format.
