We've done work for a number of sports teams, but this project for the New England Patriots was one of the more technically challenging. The trick was to produce footage at a resolution 3 times High Definition. The final video is projected by three overlapped HD projectors as the showcase piece in the Patriots Hall of Fame. To do so, we shot on Super 35mm film with anamorphic lenses to fill the screen with the most razor-sharp Minutemen, firemen and linemen we could muster. One of the coolest shots was capturing the muzzleloading flintlock rifles firing off in succession in super-slow motion.
